How awesome!
Impeccable cleanliness, all the staff always smiling and helpful. The kitchen is always available for children's meals, with food always on hand (baby food jars, juices, milk, pasta, etc.).
The only flaw: few lifts for the common areas and the pool is a bit small.

Gorgeous hotel, excellent food, everyone very welcoming and helpful, wonderful experiences and above all exceptional animators, super fun, sociable and kind, they made sure we never lacked anything

Unforgettable holiday
It was an unforgettable holiday, starting with the brilliant reception and dining room staff, with out-of-this-world food..
but the most important thing was the animators, without them the holiday wouldn't have been as much fun, they were brilliant, hilarious and always on the go every moment
A pleasant discovery
We spent a wonderful week. The hotel is welcoming, well organised and convenient, also thanks to its direct access to the beach.
All the staff were very kind, and the entertainment team kept us company throughout the day with various activities, without ever being intrusive.
A special thank you to Emma, always smiling and brilliant with the children, and to the head of entertainment Andrea: brilliant, witty and engaging.
We came home with a wonderful memory. Thank you all!

First time in a family hotel! Nothing short of exceptional! Delicious food, super friendly chefs. The bar staff are adorable and helpful. A special mention for the mini club team, the animators and the head animator Andrea, they made us have so much fun and relax so much! My 5 children had an unforgettable week! A big hug to everyone! A proper holiday!
The hotel is gorgeous, everything perfectly organised. There's truly nothing missing and the staff are so kind, always ready to try to meet every request. The kids have a great time between the huge games room and the entertainment team....and we parents can finally relax! New this year, and much appreciated, the addition of tickets for Oltremare and Minitalia. This is our second year spending our holidays here and we'll be sure to come back next year too!
