- Is the Village Riccione a resort?
It has all the qualities of a Family Hotel but, thanks to its large spaces and All inclusive® and Open bar services, our Hotel offers a holiday village-like experience.
- How do your entertainers engage guests?
Our team of entertainers enliven each day with a rich programme of activities, dividing children by age groups: Mini Club (4-8 years), Junior Club (9-12 years) and Teen Club (13-17 years). We also offer a Baby Parking service during mealtimes.
- Can you also accommodate our four-legged friends?
We gladly welcome small animals, although they are not permitted in areas such as the restaurant, pool and beach.
- Are there enough parking spaces for our car?
Of course! Each room has its own indoor parking space or in the Hotel’s adjacent car park.
- Where exactly is your hotel located?
We are in a prime location, between Rimini and Riccione, right on the beachfront.
- Are drinks also available outside of mealtimes?
Yes, absolutely! In addition to drinks during meals, we offer an open bar with a wide selection of drinks and refreshments at the hotel, pool and beach.
- Are children entitled to a snack?
Every morning, out smaller guests receive 'Dina the snack-o-saurus', a bag with healthy snacks to enjoy on the beach. In the afternoon, our Foodie Corner offers a super-snack in the company of our entertainers, with lots of sweet and savoury options.
- I need to prepare special meals for my child. How can I do this?
An equipped baby food kitchen is available 24 hours a day. In addition to our standard products, our chefs have ingredients for special needs available at all times, thanks to our front cooking service.
- What services do you offer specifically for children?
We offer a wide range of activities and services - from entertainment to room services - designed for your little ones, including a large interactive play area and Nanny School childminders for small children.
- What about teenagers? Is there something specific for them?
Absolutely! Our Teen Club is designed for 13-17-year-olds. We also offer free entry for the whole family to Beach Village, the water park on the beach in Riccione.
- What if I need to cancel my booking?
No problem: you can inform us of your cancellation up to 15 days before arrival. Otherwise, we only retain the deposit paid.
